Alisa Ballard has accepted a position as tenure-track Assistant Professor of Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures at The Ohio State University, beginning in August 2016. She will defend her dissertation, The Actor's Consciousness in Russian Modernist Philosophy of Theater, on July 13. In fall 2016 she will be teaching "Masterpieces of Russian Literature (Honors)" at OSU.
